Mary Cummins Wicked-Mary

Well the idiot gift that keeps on giving just wrapped up another prezzie for us to appreciate.  Apparently Mary Cummins felt the need to stroke herself, to reminisce about bygone days and oddly enough, amongst all of this stroking she found time to recognize her mother!  Remember, the mother that Mary Cummins has prophetically claimed for years was dead?

Yes, the mother who she claims would have put her in a dumpster had her "Nana" not intervened.  Well, thankfully, as others have pointed out (including me), Mary’s mother has always been alive and well, and well-fixed. As a matter of fact she is a pillar of the Santa Barbara community.  Albeit this is the same Mom (along with the good daughter; Cummins’ sister) who had to sue Mary Cummins in order to recover what was rightfully theirs when Mary Cummins apparently attempted to embezzle the Grandmother’s fortune while ‘Nana” was dying.

Mary Cummins now sees herself as a freedom of speech advocate (and advertises herself as such) despite the fact she wound up with a $6.1M judgment against her when, under the guise of being a freedom of speech crusader, she defamed the wrong person and the illustrious Amanda Lollar of Bat World Sanctuary fame took that $6 mil judgment against her along with $25,000 per month in interest.    Oddly enough MaryCummins NEVER believes in the freedom of speech of others as she has already tried to sue multiple individuals for telling the truth about her (Eric Schmidt, the CEO of Google, an LA reporter, attorneys, technology experts, board members of Bat World, etc.).  Hmmmmm, seems that freedom of speech issue is a one way street for Mary Cummins.  In Mary Cummins’ eyes it is only freedom of speech when she is caught maliciously defaming an innocent person but it is defamation when people tell the honest truth about her.  I guess Mary needs to work on that one.

But remember Mary Cummins also proclaims she is an animal advocate despite the fact she has been reprimanded for abusing wildlife in California so Mary should appreciate the fact that we all give of our time to keep her ‘honest’ by setting the record straight as far as freedom of speech issues and the advocacy for animals is concerned since we are all well aware by now that Mary Cummins has a problem with the truth.  or  So in the public’s interest we must continue to correct Mary’s feeble attempts at her ‘truth’ as she sees it – clouded by malicious intent or perhaps it is just that she appears to be a pathologicalliar.

Mary Cummins’ self admiration is nothing new but her latest attempt at presenting herself as a pillar of society herself is truly laughable (in all fairness where else will she get appreciation for her ill deeds if not from herself since she is the most hated woman on the Internet?).  Mom and sis have done well to keep well away from her over the past 20 years.

Mary Cummins likes to cite the ‘awards’ she has received but in reality there are but three 'awards' and they are all boilerplate certificates handed out by the ream or you can purchase them for a nominal fee.  Poor Mary, she is so desperate for attention that she will spend her last indigent penny on such frivolities as pseudo awards.  The most recent is from 2009 and I would imagine the lack of attention is leaving her feeling pale and unattractive (so maybe Mary Cummins is intuitive after all).  Mary Cummins’ 'memberships' are just that and you have to pay for them…..sorry, nothing special about that, Mary.  I notice that she has listed some mighty expensive hobbies like scuba diving, skiing and motorcycling.  But wait, since Mary Cummins claims she is indigent we can only guess she is once again reliving her past and she is referring to active hobbies of 20 years ago or perhaps that troublesome alleged back injury she claims to have sustained and is suing Bat World Sanctuary folks yet again for same, is in reality not an injury at all but another attempt at seeking ill-gotten gains from insurance carriers.  Awww, shame, shame on Mary Cummins caught in another fib AGAIN.  Wait, there is more.  Does Mary never stop giving to us?  No, of course not, you knew there would be more from Dumbin’ Cummins.  From Mary Cummins public wiki page:  “Cummins is divorced with no children.” Now Mary, where is a copy of those divorce papers?  You know you were never married.  She currently lives in Bel Air, California which is also home to her wildlife sanctuary and wildlife rehabilitation facility.”  Wait a minute, according to the California DMV Mary does not live in Bel Air but out of a post office box in downtown LA with the rest of the street urchins.   And “wildlife sanctuary and rehabilitation facility”?  Would that be that 700 sq ft shack Mary claims is so bad it is uninsurable?  Poor, poor animals in Mary’s care being forced to eat rotten meat and ‘used’ sanitary products.

We cannot part with that last thought in mind so let’s reminisce a little more.  Of course we all remember that Mary has said, quite often, that she was a member of the Men’s water polo team in school.  We now notice that on Mary Cummins’ new wiki page that she has dropped the fact she was a member of the Men’s water polo team since Mary stated in deposition that many have claimed she is a biological male.  I guess she is trying to clean up her image.  (What is the saying, “too little, too late”).  Whatever you do, folks, don’t forget to check out Mary’s CV or resume wherein she claims expertise in using the phone, typing and oh yes, she graduated from elementary school (not college) but elementary school.  LOL.   Aw, Mary, no wonder they refer to you as Dumbin’ Cummins – nasty boys.

Anyway, all of Mary Cummins tweeting and social networking is akin to celebrities tweeting that they went to Starbucks for a latte, or ran into Wal-Mart for toilet paper. Who the hell cares?

For the definitive summary of Mary Cummins activities, lies and the havoc she spreads across the Internet, see attorney Randy Turner of Ft. Worth, Texas’ website outlining the outrageous stalking behavior  and horrendous vile Mary Cummins spews about innocent people.  Oh, and for some real laughs, check out LASC case #140207 – it seems Amanda Lollar has started collecting on her $6 mil.

For those of you in the LA area, or if you have friends that do not mind a trip to the courthouse to retrieve docs for you, there are some very enlightening documents to read.  I believe the term is ‘monetary seizure’.  You would be amazed at the thousands of dollars some ‘indigent’ people have in the bank.  You go, Amanda.

Below is a copy-paste of Dummin Cummins' laughable inaccurate wiki page. The photo was exchanged for a current one so at least one part is accurate.

Mary Cummins Exposed: http://www.marycummins-exposed.com/

A dissected look at the self-promotion Mary Cummins posts on all of her pages:
Mary Cummins of Cummins Real Estate Services has supposedly been in real estate since 1984, over 25 years, yet she claims to have retired twice and is now indigent. She is supposedly licensed by the California Office of Real Estate Appraisers. Mary Cummins was an agent and broker licensed with the California Department of Real Estate selling residential income, commercial buildings, raw land and homes for Merrill Lynch Realty in Beverly Hills and Westside Properties in Los Angeles before concentrating on appraisals, yet again (she claims to have retired twice and is now indigent).  Mary Cummins currently provides real estate appraisals, expert witness testimony (LOL), historical research (LOL), legal real estate research for mortgage brokers (LOL), banks (LOL), lawyers (LOL), factors (LOL), insurance companies (LOL), financial consultants and private individuals (LOL). Mary Cummins was born and raised in Southern California. Mary Cummins attended Beverly Hills Good Shepherd Catholic School and Beverly Hills High School. Besides being a member of Junior Mensa (HA - there is NO SUCH THING!) and on the Dean's list (seriously doubted), Mary Cummins was a top ten national swimmer and competed on the men's water polo team (perhaps this is why there are sites out there spectulating that Mary Cummins is actually a man?). Mary Cummins began college at the age of 15 attending the University of Southern California on scholarship (AND NEVER GRADUATED), majoring in Psychology/Sociology (perhaps she thought this was stalker school?). Mary Cummins started a non-profit organization in 2002 by the name of Animal Advocate, (SUSPENDED THE EXACT SAME YEAR).  Animal Advocates rescues ill, injured and orphaned wildlife for release back to the wild (AND ALLEGEDLY ALSO COMMITS CRUELTY?) . Mary Cummins is licensed with the California Department of Fish & Game  (BUT RECENTLY LOST HER PERMIT, link coming soon) and the USDA ("FOR THE HELL OF IT" see video) to rescue and rehabilitate wildlife. Mary Cummins speaks to local community groups and students about respecting wildlife and humane wildlife control (LOL). Mary Cummins is also a Nuisance Wildlife Control Operator (does she trap and torture these animals?). Mary Cummins has written manuals on small mammal rehabilitation besides numerous other articles on wildlife (PLAGIARIZED?). In 2005 Mary Cummins went to the police academy at Rio Hondo College (A COLLEGE THAT WAS SHUT DOWN) She also took the police gun and taser classes for certification (AND NOW MAKES VEILED GUN THREATS). She went to the State Humane Association of California and took their Animal Law Enforcement Training Academy to become a humane officer (perhaps they should be warned?). She is currently on the Humane Society of the United States National Disaster Animal Response team (perhaps they should be warned?). For more information, go here. Full curriculum vitae in the websites. Animal Advocates Cummins Real Estate Services (Or go here, for a more accutate CV)
*Yes, there is a reason why I keep repeating my name in my about page (AND THERE IS A REASON WE DO THE SAME ;).
